Coprosma 'Hawera' is a groundcover species that grows up to 60cm tall and 2m wide.

This is a very compact plant which grows flat to the ground. A very tough plant, it is often used in high traffic areas as is able to withstand foot traffic, so would be great for berms. In addition, their dense bush creates an ideal habitat for lizards and insects. 

        

They prefer full sun to light shade, and tolerates wind and frost well. Plant approximately 50cm apart, so when grown, plants will just touch each other to create a full effect without overcrowding.
