Pimelea prostrata, or more commonly known as the New Zealand daphne, or Pinatoro.

This groundcover grows up to 10cm tall and usually around 1m wide. From Spring to Autumn it has fragrant white flowers which develop into white or red fruits, which are very attractive to birds.

This species prefers full sun to partial shade. It will tolerate frosts and even wet and swampy sites. Make sure to water well if you plant in the drier months.
